PMI® Project Management Online Module – Monitoring and Controlling the Project, Part 1
This module addresses the monitoring and controlling of the project work, how to manage any changes raised, and validate and control the project scope. It also discusses how to control the schedule. This course has been fully accredited by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
What Are the Benefits of this Module?
Being able to take a step back and check that the project management plan is being followed and also determine if any corrective or preventative action is needed is always important. Equally important is knowing what to look for when you take that step back.
