Professional Business Communications™ is two day experiential workshop that teaches participants to engage colleagues and clients with highly effective communication. This program focuses on understanding preferences for receiving information, overcoming barriers to understanding communication and how to implement positive communication techniques to promote mutual understanding, decrease misunderstandings, and improve productivity.
Through a combination of instruction, group discussion, individual exercises and practice, participants learn how to hone their communication skills. They also learn to flex their own preferences when working with someone who has a different communication style. This changes how they perceive requests and feedback from others.
